29. Rather small species (19-31 mm). Dorsum black with 4 to 14 pink rings on which small, low tubercles occur. Mantle edge black. Number of lamellae on each rhinophoral clavus 17-20. - Phyllidiella annulata(Gray, 1853)

- Rather large species (up to 69 mm). Dorsum black, without rings, pink tubercles medially arranged to clusters which are joined in juveniles and separated in large specimens. Mantle edge pale pink. Number of lamellae on each rhinophoral clavus 22-26. - Most common of all Phyllidiid species. - Phyllidiella pustulosa (Cuvier, 1804)
